GALA AWARDS DINNER

The Kitchen Studio Gala Awards dinner will commence with pre dinner drinks at 6.15pm in the pre-function area of the Grand Millennium Hotel, with guests being seated and the official formalities starting in the Ballroom at 7pm.

This special evening will again recognise and celebrate excellence, rewarding not only exceptional performances from within our Group, but also recognising the important contribution our valued suppliers make to the ongoing success of our business.

Ticket allocations are included in your sponsorship packages. Additional tickets are available for purchase at $175 per person

Dress code is cocktail / smart casual

TRADE EXPO

The 2020 Kitchen Studio Trade Expo is being held at:

The event will follow the same successful format as previous years providing a wonderful opportunity for you and your team to connect face to face with our nationwide franchise network.

EXHIBITION HIRE

Exhibition Hire have once again been contracted to assemble the stands on our behalf and can provide an extensive selection of furniture and equipment to enhance your stand. CATERING

Morning tea and a light buffet lunch for both delegates and suppliers will be served within the Trade Expo room. The open floor plan will keep this simple and interactive and ensure your time is being used effectively while providing easy access to networking opportunities.

SUPPLIER PRIZE DRAWS

As many sponsors offer incentives or prizes in conjunction with their displays, we will again formalise this process with prize draws being conducted just before the Trade Expo lunch break. Our Support Office team will discuss details with each individual supplier on the day.

We appreciate a lot of time and effort goes into the transportation and setting up of your amazing exhibition stands. Once again we will be encouraging all of our teams to visit and meet with each supplier present and will be asking suppliers to stamp their Trade Expo passports.

EXHIBITOR PACK IN

Pack in access for suppliers is via the Hotel loading bay area on Mayoral Drive where there is an elevator that can bring equipment to the back of the main ballroom. The dimensions of the main service lift are: Width: 1m, Length: 2.1m, Height: 2m, Capacity 1,000kg.

Alternatively there is elevator access from the Hotel Carpark on Mayoral Drive directly to the Ballroom level. Dimensions for this lift are; Width; 1m, Length 1.6M, Capacity 885kg.

EXHIBITOR PACK OUT

After 1pm on Friday 22 May 2020
All exhibits and displays must be removed immediately. It is an exhibitor’s responsibility to arrange for collection of their own equipment. All equipment must be collected within 24 hours of the conclusion of the event.
It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to ensure any items for courier collection are packaged, labelled (with the correct delivery details and consignment notes) and sealed. Any items not so packaged will be deemed abandoned items and disposed of at the exhibitor’s expense.

INSURANCE & LIABILITY

Exhibitors are responsible for all their exhibits and contents and are advised to carry their own insurance for the loss, theft, damage or otherwise of their belongings over the period of the conference. This insurance should remain in force until their exhibits are removed from the exhibition.
GRAND MILLENNIUM AUCKLAND and KITCHEN STUDIO are not liable for any damage or loss of any exhibitors’ material brought into the venue, prior, during or after the event. Exhibitors are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their equipment to the exhibition area and the property and premises of GRAND MILLENNIUM HOTEL.

FOOD AND BEVERAGES

Unless otherwise agreed, no food, beverages or tobacco products may be distributed or given away within the GRAND MILLENNIUM HOTEL and the venue reserves the right to remove any unauthorised items.

SMOKING

Smoking is prohibited within GRAND MILLENNIUM HOTEL AUCKLAND.

SALES LITERATURE

Printed promotional materials, demonstrations, giveaway items and other direct sales activities may be distributed only from within an exhibitor's own booth space. They must not be left or held in any other public space within GRAND MILLENNIUM AUCKLAND HOTEL.

INTERNET

Wireless Internet is offered complimentary to all guests within the GRAND MILLENNIUM AUCKLAND HOTEL. A fair use policy applies.
Wired Internet can be arranged on request and will be at the exhibitors own cost. This must be pre-arranged with the Event Coordinator at least two weeks prior to the event.
